Pattern in US terms:

Chain 25, sc in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across. (total 24 sc)

Row 1: ch 6, *skip 3 st, dc in each of the next 3 stitches, ch 3*, across

Repeat row 1 until scarf is 36 inches long.
